View Full Version : Mark I/II/93R: Any Differences in the Barrels of a BTVS Versus a FSS?

I can't find any information regarding the muzzle diameter of the barrels on either of these rimfires. They have pictures posted....but it's hard to compare...and are the pictures always accurate?

Anyway....If anyone can shed some light...I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm hoping they are similar......I'm looking to add a heavier barreled ( Stainless barrel ) to the collection. I like the idea of the FSS...as it has the synthetic stock and this will serve time as a truck gun.

I do believe that the fss has a light taper barrel

The "V" in BTVS indicates a varmint weight barrel. They make an FVSS with the heavy barrel in stainless with a synthetic stock.
