Happy Father's day all. My wife went out of the way to hide my present from me. Which was cool since I am like a bloodhound when it comes to finding out what is in a present. She actually ordered a Chronograph from Midwayusa and used my email as the confirmation email. Then called and cancelled that order using her email to purchase my gift. Then got on my email and deleted the email with the cancellation confirmation. gotta love the effort yes it has become a game. And it is ON! Anyways a got a new gun vise which I severely need been using my bench vise I modded along with the kitchen counter for simple stuff. Too cool a little disappointed in not getting the Chrony, but hey I'll catch up with you OCD loaders shortly.

Happy Fathers Day to all the dads!

I was a little down over it.
Son hasn't called or texted.for that matter.
Oldest daughter texted but is out of state for college.
1 twin is in Germany on exchange student basis.
Other twin texted but left for a Church trip to N. Chicago today.

A bit late but 7 of us spent 3-days of hard wilderness fishing at Canoe Lake Saskatchewan on Father's Day weekend and met our limit on walleye and northern pike everyday.

Didn't take much picture but there were only 6 boats on the entire lake (4 from MT, 3 of which is from my group, and 2 locals).

The fishing grounds ...

No monsters but here's just some catch of the day ...

A little late posting but my son sent me an Apple Watch for Fathers Day. I workout 6 days a week he sent it so I could keep track of my heart rate and also to track my activity. I have had a few heart issues and am not supposed to get my HR over 147 BPM.
I can't believe I have a device similar to what Dick Tracy has on his wrist in the comics back in the 50's. We were too poor for me to have any comics before than (born 1942).

Oh ya I have a very thoughtful son.
