What are the scope bases options for a Savage 110 FCP HS Precision 338 Lapua? I can use the same bases as on a standard long action 110/111/116?

Yes and no. The Lapua actions are drilled and tapped for a larger #8 scope base screw. You may have to open up the holes on a 110 LA base to make it work. You then run the risk of drilling off center and affecting your windage.
