Scope Ring Base Screws

sorry if it is a stupid question. When you mount your Scope Rings do you have the Head of the screw on the Bolt Handle Side?

Some do, some don't. Different manufacturers show product photos of their rings mounted either way. If they're truly centered over the base, it won't matter which way you choose.

Thank You. I think I will put the 1/2" Bolt on the Opisite Side of the Bolt.
