Does anyone know anywhere i can find these primers or why they are so bloody hard to find.... been looking for 2 years now! I'm getting desperate enough to trade Varget powder for primers any takers?

because of all the ppl shooting large cal rifles and thinking that the BR primers are the holy grail of primers...id suggest you try CCI250s and play with you powder charge a little.

also your most likely going to get spanked about post a trade.

My limited but extreme testing has shown Remington 9 1/2 to have lower more consistent es then cci250 and cci34.

The cup is very tough which could be an issue for some match tuned rifles.

They are expensive but single digits equal or better then 215's for me.

ive shot over 600 rounds for no other reason than to test primers but only in 2 calibers...300wm and rem 260...and in my 300wm the CCI250s gave me the best groups and most consistent ES but every rifle is different....ive also found that seating the primer is very important as well...i have a K&M seater with the gauge and have played around a lot with seating depth of primers...in my experience the winchester primers are the worst as far as consistency.
