Hello
I just bought a Savage 111LRH in a 7RM. Given the expense of the ammo and the kick of the 7RM, I was considering getting a 243 as well to practice marksmanship and to potentially double as a deer rifle. My Savage Mark II 22LR just isn't cutting it for practice so I thought I'd get something more similar and within the same series. So I am consider a 10 series rifle but I'm not sure which would be my best option.
On my list, in order of my current preference, are:
10/110 Predator Hunter Max 1 - This is winning on the basis that it most closely matches the weight and length of the 111LRH
11/111 FCNS - If I'm wrong about trying to match the weight/lenght of the 111LRH this would be my winner
16/116 FCSS - stainless is always nice
Would anyone mind opining on my choices? Any other suggestions are welcome.
Thanks!
