Hello all, newbie here from TX. I've only went to the range about three times and have owned a Mosin and H&R Pardner before getting a Savage Axis in .308. That's pretty much all in terms of long arms, I have a Walther PPQ for a pistol.
Really looking forward to garnering some info about the rifle, what choices I have for aftermarket, and just general knowledge of shooting before applying them in real life. I know the Axis is an 1 MOA capable rifle, and I hope I can obtain groupings like that. So far, no dice. I think it's either my skill or the ammo I was using.. (145gr Monarch)
