I just got an older 110 that is a solid action and is the short action too. There are more screws in this trigger than I have seen before. The serial number starts with a C. I replaced the massive wire for the trigger spring with a much smaller one and the trigger pull is very nice.

There is an extra screw in the back of the trigger.

There looks like a screw inside too.

That's known as a 4 screw trigger. The screw directly behind the shoe retains the pivot pin. The rear most screw is the safety adjustment, the one ahead of it is the overtravel adjustment. And the forward most screw is the sear engagement.

The 4 screw trigger is very adjustable, especially when the L-shaped trigger is swapped for a lighter, smaller diameter wire. I have a 4 screw trigger on a 110CL from the 1970s and it has a very nice pull weight.

I agree, it really is a very nice trigger. Looks like I got a good one.

Cherish that trigger, it's a scarce as "hen's teeth" now.
