Hi guys. I'm looking for stock options for my new 11 Hunter XP (non trophy hunter/nkn accutrigger). It's DBM fed but looks like there's no bettom metal. What do I need to know/buy when looking into an aftermarket stock? Thanks!

As long as you get an aftermarket stock for a Savage SA (10/11/14/16), 4.40" spacing, Center Feed, DBM stock, it should be a drop in fit. Savage started molding the DBM frame assembly (surround) into their synthetic stocks a couple of years ago. So you will need the SA plastic DBM frame assembly if you want to use your current plastic magazine bottom cap (Axis-style). If you want all metal bottom parts, then you will need a metal SA DBM frame assembly, a metal SA bottom cap and a metal trigger guard. Contact Savage Arms Parts with your serial number and they will sell you the parts you need.
