bolt head assembley: ejector jammed

It has already got the best of you.......If I can't un-stick one after 30 minutes, I just replace it.

Get a can of Air Duster turn it upside down and spray the bolt head it will flash freeze it then try to knock it out like a bullet puller. Adding heat to free metal is a misconception metal expands when heated and shrinks when frozen like most things......not saying it will work but what the hell it might.

i having a good time reading this saga, i hope it goes on! i've had similar things happen to me and i just can't give up on it. same as you i won't be beat by some piece of hardware!
