Single Shot Follower for 22LR Mark II FV-SR

Does anyone know where to find a single shot follower for the Mark II FV-SR 22LR E type action? I want to load one round at a time but doing it by hand is difficult.

Go to RIMFIRE CENTRAL and search for a member named rinardman. He has made an inexpensive and very functional single shot adapter. I am using it in my R17. I believe he will be able to help. He is also in the US. I am not associated with him in any way other that noting that he supplied my a very simple "pop in" adapter. thanks rch
