Savage Customer Service

Do any of you know whether Joe Degrande is still with Savage and if so in what capacity? He used to be head of customer service and was highly customer oriented. If this is posted in wrong area, please move to proper place.

Last I knew Joe was promoted to Director of Product Service (whatever that is) and Paul Smarrelli took over Joe's old position as the Director of Customer Service.
