Breakfast for supper

So had the day off today... caught up on some laundry ect... tired didn't want to cook supper let alone go to the grocery store for something quick.

Dug in the freezer found some Johnsonville grillers pork patties with bacon n cheese. No buns, breads stale hmn... Daughter got french toast bagels sittin on the kitchen counter... Why not?

Fried up them patties melted a slice of cheese on em while my daughter toasted some of her french toast bagels. We each added our favorite fixins. Walla breakfast for supper.

Was actually tasty and will likely have em again sometime.

Awesome! I mean really.....you cant go wrong with combo...bacon, sausage and cheese with a touch of sweet......oh yeah!

So many days where were on the go and can't enjoy a good breakfast during the week. Nice to mix it up and have some biscuits n gravy, French toast, or pancakes for dinner!
