Is the bottom metal and or hinged floorplates for a model 10 SA centerfeed the same for both a top bolt release and a bottom bolt release?

No, the rear lip on the frame assembly (surround) is different thickness for the difference in thickness of front lip on BBR trigger guard.

They can be used for either with proper trigger guard or using a spacer to make up difference.
