The tip of the firing pin has broken off. Is there a replacement available anywhere?
Thanks Tony

Numrichs is showing the 220B out of stock but they do have the 219B firing pin in stock, should work just as well.

The only difference would be that the rifle firing pin would be a hair sharper and could pierce the primer but I shoot my 220 barrels on my 219 frame all the time and have never had that happen.

Would you be so kind as to post a link to this pin, I looked there yesterday and had trouble navigating their site. Do you think we could dull the tip prior to installing.

Thanks so much for your help

Might not have to, if you did I'd be worried about how much it protruded and would it still set off the primer?

Yep that looks just like the tip, I'll run this by the gunsmith and see if its the same.
Thank you

He had not taken the stock off when I stopped by, busy Saturday, he seemed to think it was a long slender pin, but said if it was the one you posted they might even have one.

Stopped by today, it is the short pin like you posted and he had 1. I also asked him if he could help with that trigger, its very heavy. Any tips on helping the trigger pull?

Not much you can do with those old triggers, they're not adjustable.

You could try stoning it and smooth the sear but then your taking the chance of the gun going off every time you close the action, not a smart thing to try.

OK I'll just leave it be.
