if anyone wants me to post some pics directly to here, let me know. just know you have to go hunting for Savage options sometimes and wanted to get the info out there is another choice now.

Nice! I was wondering when one would show up in the wild.

What does it weigh?

And even more importantly... How's it shoot? I'm putting together what is really just kind of a fun build for me and need a long action stock of some sort. Looks like Stockade is backed up like 6 months and my new barrel will be here Monday so I'm antsy to get things together. The stamp for my Harvester will be here in a week or so as well so.....

What is the cost for one of those? It's a nice lookin setup.

not sure on how it will shoot, range time has been negated with weather and this weekend is going to be a no go as well.

the barrel is a 16inch, but the harvester will fit inside handguard if you need take it off.

I will go ahead and get a different recoil lug as I had to cut down the holland to make everything fit. AM has told me they have inletted for larger now, but I didn't feel like sending it back for work, its a savage, so no biggie on taking the thing apart and putting a diff recoil lug on it.

i think cost was around 1400 for folder with spike, and it works great. I have had a DTA in the past with monopod and it is similar in operation to that.

I also had to trim down the rear action screw AM sent, but that took all of 30 seconds.
