new to me 22-250....need help

Looking to get a new stock, trigger, and barrel for a model 11 22-250. The measurements are as follows:
Screws at trigger guard 2.875"
Front of trigger guard to forward screw 5.0625"
Back of trigger guard to forward screw 8.9375"

Just to make sure, I have read from late 80's to 1997 savage built all short actions on a long action frame. Can someone verify this for me please.

Yep. They streamlined to cut costs. It is a stagger feed flat back long action.
