Does the stocks interchange on models 10, 11, 12, 14 and 16's ?

You have Accutrigger stocks which require a different recoil lug.
You have non-accutrigger stocks
You have top bolt release.
You have bottom bolt release.
You have different barrel channel contours
DBM inletting
Blind magazine inletting.

But at least, on the short actions, they all share the same action screw spacing. Or, err, uh, maybe they don't. Newer ones are 4.4", older round backs are 4.2somethingoranother. Combine those, with the stuff hotolds pointed out, and you only end up with a few possible combinations. A few thousand, maybe. Or at least twenty lol.

Savage really doesn't offer much in stainless options when it comes to LOP for small stature people like me.

So I'm looking at buying an XP in stainless and replacing the stock so this info is helpful .......knowledge is power
