I can't seem to get my trigger to drop in. I guess my holes are out of align by a couple thousands. Does anything look amiss? Should I file at point A, or where the pin is hitting the housing at point B?

I just received two. One fit, the other didn`t. What I did was file point "B" on the TRIGGER BRACKET. It worked out fine with no troubles of any kind.

Oh ... and don`t file no more than you have to.

Don't file anything.....simply thread the screw through the hole with the allen wrench. It is made for a slight interference fit to keep the trigger from rocking in the bracket. Attach the locknut and start the adjustment procedure.

I saw Fred's post a bit too late, and filed a bit. All is well, it is on, adjusted, and breaking clean. Darn nice trigger. Thanks.

I actually tried threading mine, but there was no way. Mine was actually off by nearly 1/4 of the diameter of the screw. This was a result of the bracket & not the trigger as both triggers fit one bracket and neither fitting the other.

My first 2 SSS triggers work well, I bought a 3rd a few days before a 1400 yard shoot and it's not worth a shit, if you adjust it to less then .090 over travel, the sear will not reset... so it's on the bench and a old 3 screw installed. I wish someone would make a trigger that Works Good and Feels like Quality.
