Subsonic 308

After becoming frustrated with crippling some yotes with my 22 mag, I began looking for subsonic 243 and 260 data. Could not really find anything good. So, I purchased an Apache 25" 308 bull barrel. At the time, I had a full can of Trail Boss and my dad gave me a bunch of 200gr cast bullets. Ended up with 9gr of Trail Boss at 1092fps. It was the most accurate of all shooting about 2" at 100. The Trail Boss became unattainable so I used Unique. Best load was 7gr at 1025. I used no filler with the Trail Boss and cotton filler with the unique. The yote was shot at 75 yards and the skunk about 90 in the head. Can't beat hunting from the bedroom when the wife is out of town.
