To me the bottom release is easier to use.

I like the Savage bolt release, you have to think about what you're doing and contort your hands especially when the knob is on the other side. If you lose your bolt you can only blame yourself for you had to really mean to take it.

Yep. I have no complaints about CDI either. I have only ran AI mags in mine so far. I was noticing that Alpha mags are less expensive, and shorter too. I was curious if you've ever ran any Alpha mags with your CDI metal?

I have run a 10rnd alpha mag on my cdiwith no issues. If fact, I have fewer issues with it than my aics mags, and I can load out to 2.95"

No. Models such as the Trophy Hunter XP are a bottom bolt release model not equipped with an accustock.

I am considering purchasing a 111 FCXP 7mm. what type of bolt release would it come with? Thanks!
