Focal plane question

Looking into a scope that has an adjustable parallax. In the specs it has an "N/A" for first focal plane or second focal plane. Can someone explain this to me. http://swfa.com/SWFA-SS-10x42-Tactical-Riflescope-P53712.aspx

The scope is a single power magnification. You will only see this option on variable power scopes.

That is a fixed 10x zoom. There only is one focal plane.

It has paralax adjustable from 10 meters to infinity.
