SSS Accesory Rail setup help

Is there a special bipod that works best with this accessory rail? Has anybody else set one of these up in such a way that it is very useful. Thanks in advance for any helpful ideas.

Get a Harris! You'll need it to support the heavy stock! I built mine up with layers of duct tape so that it was flush and tight to both sides of the bipod boss.
