Couple pics of our game pole this past deer season up here in Canada.

I took the 8 pointer 3rd day into season with my 110 in 7mm-08.

Nice,
heavy horns but not much mass on the one. Could it be an older deer?
Many years back, like 1953 i hunted deer in Ontario not far from Cloyne.
At that time they ran them with dogs there. The area i hunted was later flooded
and became part of a lake system. The camp was owned by the Solman family
who i believe still have a fish camp there. I might have misspelled the names.

Ya, we were all thinking the same thing about that deer, looks like he was getting to old to have a natural looking rack.

I'm a lot more western than Cloyne, were not allowed to run dogs because were on an island, I think you can still run dogs east though.
