Savage Hog Hunter scope mount problem

So, I got my Hog Hunter in today but, I have a problem. I bought a Weaver rail for Savage 10-16 with the Accu Trigger. I just tried installing it and the front screw wont fully seat and when all screws are tight, the bolt wont open. Why is this?

One of the screws is probably too long. Removed screws and bolt. Then install screws one at a time to find out which one is too long by reaching inside with your finger to see if the screw protrudes.

Some manufacturers actually supply different length screws for the front and rear for this reason, so compare the lengths as well to make sure you didn't put any longer ones in the front.
