Getting close to picking up my suppressors.
I need to send out my Shilen .260 barrel to be threaded to 5/8-24, perfectly concentric to the bore.
Who do you all recommend?
I priced out ADCO, and a lot of the AR15 guys like them, they want $140.
Seems high, but I'm not a machinist.
Thanks!

In Phoenix, Magnum Precision does a great job for $100. 10 week wait though. Tornado Tech is highly recommended as well.

Jim at Apache Gun Works. Great guy to work with, fair prices and fast turnaround times.

ADCO is a bit on the high side, but you won't find anyone else a whole lot cheaper. I suppose there's some retired machinist who does them correctly in his spare time for $20/bbl, but I haven't found that guy yet.

I've shipped several to www.aquilafirearms.com and have been very happy with the quality and turnaround time.

I've had Tornado Tech do one job. I lucked out, as they were just starting a run of the model I wanted threaded (they do rifle barrels in batches by model). It actually took less than a week. Otherwise, their wait times can be very lengthy.

gre-tan in Colorado is a great gunsmith and turn around is really fast. He has bushed bolts for me and they took 1 day short of a week.

Phoenix Custom Rifles did mine. They even contoured the barrel as I am using a reflex style suppressor. They are located in Tempe AZ

Oh yeah, forgot to add, it took a little over a week.
