Best scope for under $400

FYI I have the PA 4-14X44 FFP Scope with the HUD DMR .308/.223 Reticle and cost $270 and the center ring and Chevron are illuminated and I assume it has the same optics as the mil mil PA 4-14 FFP non illuminated scope.

The PA 4-16X scope is totally different and has an illuminated mildot reticle and is SFP.

I have four PA scopes. 1-4x, 1-6x, 4-14x FFP DMR, 4-16x.
All Illuminated.

As long as the reviews for each model are in separate threads, we won't be confusing anyone. We started talking about the non-illuminated model and ended up throwing information into the thread for a completely different scope that may or may not have the same glass or internal components.

From PA - The 4-14x FFP scopes share the same glass so you'll still get the same quality and clarity in both. The only difference is going to be the reticles since you'd have the choice of the mil mil or acss.
