new member from Michigan

I'm Ira from the Thumb of Michigan, I'm recently retired. I've been hunting/shooting for 40+yrs. A few years ago I got into H&R single shot rifles/shotguns, have a small collection. I've been hearing more about the Savage 220, so I had to get one and give it a try. So far mounted a EGW rail, and Redfield scope, bore sighted and not shot it yet, too cold out there. Ran across this sight that looks like it could be helpful !

check the front screw make sure it is not too long.
the savage owner manual has mention of slugs that will work best.
