Hi. Didn't know where to post this.
I am looking for a source of sabots that would allow using a .38 cal boolit in a .44 case.
I have lots of the .30 cal / .22 sabots. I still have a quantity of the .38/.44 jobs left over from the 'old days', but I'd like more.

I bought these to shoot IHMSA and they worked well in both my 44 mags and 445 Super Mags. However, I moved before I developed any serious target loads.
Since I have now acquired several 44 mag rifles, I'm interested in using the sabots for the 1000s of .38 caliber bullets I have in stock.

Google was not my friend on this search.

thanks!

ron

I bought some several years ago from a company called RSR Sabot. They were 44/358 and worked great. I have about 50 left so I haven't looked to see if they're still in business.

Thanks 442. Google only showed the usual strange links. I have a few hundred of these sabots, but having just purchased 2 new 44 cal rifles, just wanting a way to plink the 38 cal pills......

thanks again.......

Too bad they only offer 308x224, hopefully they're working on other offerings.
