I am trying to find out if there is a recommended or commonly used amount of torque for tightening the BAS. I have searched, but the only answer I have found is "tight" and "very tight". Does anyone use a certain setting?

No torque setting required for BAS, just crank on it a bit.

Just nice and tight by hand.

No need to additional torque, the flange of the BAS should stop once it pinches the bolt handle to the bolt body.
