Yes, PT&G will make you one. I just helped another member figure out what he needed for his build.

Tell them you want a Magnum bolt face, with .442" lugs, and 1.0" shank length.

You can also modify a LA magnum head by shortening the stem to 1.000" and recutting the chamfer in the rear around the firing pin hole.
