Mag box removal

What is the trick to remove the Mag Box from a mod 10. Seems to be held in place by a cut in the receiver. Kind of like a front sight dovetail. Do you grind it away, pry it open or what?

Just put flat blade screw driver at front of mag(near the tab) and give a firm but gentle tap rearward(towards trigger) and it should pop right off.Reinstall pretty mach the same way.All stagger feed mags come off this way, and the center feeds come out of the stock with a gentle pry upwards out of the stock.
