How did your hunt go? Did you use a guide? What did that cost? Details, details, details please and thank you,

I havn't been able to get drawn for it I think it is something like 900 tags issued and only 10% are issued to out of state people. I hunt whitetail in KY every year with my cousins.

PA has a lottery where it cost $10 to enter your name. If your drawn you pay for the licence which is quite reasonable.
Non res applicants are treated like all others in the lottery. So far 3 have been shot on our property within 150 yds of the camp.
Two very large bulls in prior years and a cow this past season. A so called guide wouldnt be necessary for one who spent a little
time before season learning where their hanging out. Not much actual hunting involved for the majority of kills. Its gotten to the point here
where i can just about be guaranteed seeing elk any day i want. The herd is spreading over a wider area rapidly. Theyve become such a common site
most here dont even stop to look at them including the large bulls.
