That was a fantastic read...i also read the 300wm test....its amazing that from 28" to 16.5" the velocity loss was no where what i thought it would be. Some day id like to have money enough to go do tests like that lol.

Interesting. Now I don't feel as limited with the 20" barrel on my Alaskan brush in 338win.
