Item 22 on parts list. Why there are four different ones shown, I don't know.

is there any thing more missing or just the sear screw?

Definitely the wrong screw. The sear screw has a flat head on it/

That is not it. That is the sear adjusting screw for the second generation with the "3 screw trigger". Look at the diagram for the 110M and look at the screw that fits in the front of the trigger rather than the bottom. Unfortunately it is shown as part 11 in the diagram and not shown in the parts list.

There are 4 # 22 which one is it? I don't know which one it would be for a savage 110 made in the late 50s or early 60s

I can't tell in the picture, but it looks like you may need the 2 screws that go under the trigger - part #18 in the diagram. Also - ensure that screw #2 is in place and adjusted correctly. I can send pics of my early 110 for reference if needed.

Any pics of a 1960 or first GEN trigger would be helpful thanks
