Hello from Ohio!
I've been into reloading, hunting and shooting for many years but purchased my first two Savage bolt action rifles just recently, a MKIITR and an Axis 243. Just put an ER Shaw varmint barrel on the 243 after lurking on a few sites. It was a surprisingly simple install and I see a few more projects in the future.
