11 Trophy Hunter DBM frame removable?

This has probably been asked and answered, so apologies in advance...but:

If one picks up a 11 Trophy Hunter package gun, does the plastic DBM frame detach from the tupperware stock for use in an aftermarket stock, or is it molded into the stock itself?

If I went this route I would probably buy the steel DBM and magazine base plate, but figured the knowledge would be helpful.

If it was manufactured in the last couple of years, it with have the plastic DBM frame assembly (surround) molded into the stock. The wood stocked Savage 10 TH models still have the detachable plastic DBM frame assembly. You can purchase the plastic DBM frame assembly for about $20.00 from Savage Arms.
