I am starting to get more and more into loading and would really like to know what kind of velocities I am getting out of my rifle not what it should be from another barrel. Budget is around $100. I don't need a cadillac more like a pickup truck. Functional and dependable. If I can't get one in that price range I'll just have to sit on my funds.

+1 on the ProChrono. Best "budget" chrono on the market. I've had one for around 12-13 years and no problems yet. Measures speeds of everything from a bow to a red Ryder bb gun to one of Deano's cannons. Mount it on a cheap camera tripod, aim carefully (thru it, not AT it), and enjoy. I've never felt a compelling need to upgrade.
