I recently purchaced a 116FCSS in 30-06 with leupold qrw base and rings with a bushnell legend 5-15x scope, I sighted my gun in at 100 yards using 180gr winchester, I was shooting 1/2 groups. I ran out of ammo and a buddy gave me a box of 150gr federal so we could keep shooting and now i'm still shooting 1/2 groups however they are shooting 6 in's higher is this normal at 100 yards? I only ask cause he was shooting both with his Rem 700 and he noticed little if any change between the two rounds. Also does anyone know what weight the accutrigger is set at from the factory?

It's normal..........change in elevation due to bullet weight, velocity, height of scope above bore, actual sight in distance etc.

Accutrigger will normally be set at the lowest setting.

Btw, welcome!
