Tar on Mil spec bullets and barrels ??

Can Tar ruin a rifle barrel??? I will not shoot it or I'm i just paranoid? More junk in more junk out.

What chambering are you asking about?

Anything causes friction, whether or not the "added" friction will be an issue is at best debatable.

With mil-spec pulled bullets what you have on them is the sealant. Unless you are going to try to make match grade ammo (won't happen with pulled bullets) the tar looking sealant will hurt nothing.
