I have been the owner of these two 99's for quite some time as they have been handed down through my family. I would like to find out a little more about what I have and perhaps even get some idea of the value of each. Any help that could be offered would be appreciated. Here are some of the details and I have attached a link to some pics if that would be helpful.

They're both model EG's.

The first one is 19E, it's just a real light stamp and they didn't mark it clearly. made in 1953.

I don't like estimating values because some would pay more and some would pay less. If I was looking at it I'd offer about $500 because it has no collector value left as the extension, buttpad and sling swivels all were added on afterwards so it's just a shooter now.

The second EG in 300 was made in June or July of 1947, one of the first guns to come off the line at the new Chicopee plant after they left Utica. Maybe a $450 shooter as it's not original anymore either. EG's in 300 are like Winchester 94's in 30-30, really not that hard to find.
