Sling recommendations

I am closing in on completing my first Savage build and need advise and recommendations on the best sling.
I have been looking into Bandera and The Claw made by Blackpowder, both receive good reviews. I also want
to attach to the factory swivels.

is the sling just for carrying the rifle or will you be using it to improve your shooting positions as well?

I recommend and use the Short Action Precision (SAP) Sling. It allows you to use it in a tradition hasty sling, loop sling, or standard and other carries. literally the possibilities are endless with it. The beauty though is you can do this without ever disconnecting it from the rifle!
