Kill - true that you can find some darn good 30-06 factory ammo with 180's that would be perfect.
In my experience i like having more FPS than less with solid copper bullets.
Also like that you can go up in bullet weight all the way toward 250gr with the .338.
And I have one "traditional" caliber already in my .308. Like the idea of the wildcat just because.
