tactical chassis DIY

Has anyone ever tried to make their own chassis? I have a chunk of titanium laying around and was thinking about making a custom chassis. Maybe buying the bottom metal and a mag from CDI and a magpul prs buttstock. What do you guys think?

Shouldn't be that hard with the machines/knowledge/time to build it. The titanium should give all your tacticool friends something to jerk off to.
