I knew the story of the .250 in 1969 and since then anytime I found a .250 Savage in a decent rifle I jumped on it. This one is my first Savage Centerfire bolt action in my entire history! I just got it almost a year ago. The scope immediately was added to this special caliber rifle and most appropriate. I am one happy camper to have this varmint/deer caliber rifle from Savage in Model 14 Savage! Enjoy!
