I finally found one I like but the price is $200 over the original msrp.
For those that have them how do you like the super strikers, laminate stock with factory brake.
I have 2 days to decide.

Factory brake is ok, but after markets perform better. Weight and the trigger is the biggest thing with Strikers. I have varmint weight barrels 17" long on mine and have added weight to stocks. A Ross Shculer muzzle brake and your gun won't move. No experience with the super striker stocks here. I have a heck of a shooting striker forsale on here now if your deal doesn't go through. I have never paid more than $550 for a striker.

Depending on how into Savage barrel changes and other home improvements you are into, keep in mind the Striker can be modified like any other savage. Barrels, stocks, rear grip/trigger. Like a blank canvas to an artist.
