Shot at 100 yards. No accuracy improvement- stayed the same as standard stock. Very happy! Thought it might get worse without pillar bedding. Still shoots 3 shots under an inch when I can keep the recoil down.

Sorry, says in signature .30-06. Was shooting 150 gr. SST ammo- my favorite deer load.

No, don't see a need with it shooting this well. Under an inch with scope set on 8x is good enough for me.

Hunting in weather extremes of temp and humidity, you might change your mind about bedding when the POI changes unexpectedly.

Is there 2 groups on the target because it is a 5.5 inch bullseye and if it is one group it is kinda big. I would try different loads as it might improve.
