How to change the bolthead????

Like the title states, I need to know how to change the bolt head out on my rifle. Im changing it from 7mm Rem Mag to a .270Win. I already know what parts I need I just need to know how to change em out. Are there any pictured guides on here(tried searchin, nothin came up).
