Latest project and new love

Latest project is a 300blk with a 16" mcgowen in a xlr folder chassis. Will definitely be getting more xlrs. I do love the manners stocks as well but these chassis are just slick.

That seems like a lot of hardware for a 300blk... any reason why you chose that cartridge over something a bit more range? Not criticizing, just learning. I understand that the 300blk was developed so it could fit in an AR and it only needs 9" of barrel to burn all its powder. With that platform, if I understand short action vs. long action correctly, you could have had a .308 and that way you could have a lot more range out of the same package. Regardless, it looks friggin awesome! The 300blk is a really fun cartridge; I have one in an 8.5" barreled AR and I look forward to loading 110gr supersonics to 208gr subsonics. Very cool rifle you have there
