Own Two Savages Model 11 and model 99C. Model 11 is a 1.5 inch group at 200 yards. Other one is uselss for target, marginal for hunting due to being made in 1990s when trigger pull was deliberately made heavy and unwieldy. Gunsmith was unable to do more than smooth out theasear. He said nothing could be done for it. Any after market replacements available for this piece:Cry: of junk?
